AMASKO PLC is an Ethiopian trading and export company connecting high-quality Ethiopian agricultural products with international markets, while also bringing essential industrial materials into Ethiopia.
We began our export operations in 2024, initially focusing on Ethiopian agricultural commodities. In 2025, we expanded into the import of steel and aluminum products to support Ethiopia’s growing construction and manufacturing sectors.
We began exporting coffee, pulses, sesame seeds, and red kidney beans from Ethiopia to international markets.
We expanded into importing rebar, steel billet, galvanized steel sheets, and aluminum sheets, profiles, and billet.
Expanding our sourcing and customer network, and increasing the volume and range of products we trade.
We build our relationships on a foundation of trust, transparency, and mutual respect.
We are committed to fair compensation for Ethiopian farmers, empowering local communities and fostering sustainable livelihoods.
We pay close attention to every step, from sourcing and grading to packaging and export documentation.
Our vision is to help increase the value and international reach of Ethiopian coffee, and to create stronger connections between Ethiopian producers and global buyers.
For us, coffee is more than a commodity. It represents an opportunity to connect Ethiopian agriculture with the global economy.
Our long-term objective is to build a diversified Ethiopian trading company that creates strong connections between local production, international markets, and Ethiopia’s industrial development.
AMASKO PLC is an Ethiopian trading and export company connecting high-quality Ethiopian agricultural products with international markets, while also bringing essential industrial materials into Ethiopia.
Ethiopia is widely recognized as the birthplace of coffee and is home to an extraordinary diversity of coffee varieties, growing environments, and flavor profiles. Our objective is not simply to buy and sell coffee. We aim to build a reliable supply chain that connects Ethiopian farmers, suppliers, processors, exporters, and international buyers.
Our sourcing network can cover coffees from different Ethiopian origins, depending on customer requirements and seasonal availability. This includes coffees from areas such as Sidama, Yirgacheffe, Guji, Jimma, Nekemte, and other producing regions. Altitude, variety, soil, climate, processing method, and post-harvest handling can all influence the final cup profile.
No. Our coffee business is designed to serve different international market requirements. We can work with different grades and preparations depending on the buyer’s specifications. Our approach is to match the right Ethiopian coffee with the right market rather than treating every coffee as the same product.
Quality control is fundamental. We pay attention to sourcing, weighing, sampling, grading, laboratory analysis, preparation, storage, packaging, and export documentation. We also work with suppliers and customers to ensure that the agreed coffee specification is clearly understood throughout the transaction.
Traceability and transparency are increasingly important in international coffee trade. We aim to maintain clear information about the coffee’s origin and supply chain, while working with suppliers and partners to provide buyers with the information required for their market.
We work toward serving international coffee buyers, importers, roasters, distributors, and other businesses looking for Ethiopian coffee. We discuss requirements directly with buyers and develop supply arrangements based on quantity, quality, origin, price, packaging, delivery terms, and destination.
Our goal is to develop the capacity to handle both regular and larger-volume international orders while maintaining consistent quality and supply. Rather than focusing only on individual shipments, we are interested in developing long-term commercial relationships with buyers.
Ethiopia’s infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors require dependable access to quality raw materials. Our objective is to participate in this supply chain by connecting international manufacturers and suppliers with Ethiopian businesses that require steel products.
We intend to continue expanding our international sourcing and customer network, increasing the volume and range of products we trade, and building long-term relationships with producers, manufacturers, suppliers, and buyers.
Whether you are buying Ethiopian coffee and agricultural products or sourcing industrial materials for Ethiopia, we would like to hear from you.
